How to prepare for a Kymani Getaway
Once you have gathered your group, picked the perfect dates and site and made a booking, you can sit back and relax for the time being!
In the weeks leading up to your booking, we’ll ask you to add your menu, drinks and activities choices to your booking using our digital concierge system. Each menu option offers a wide selection of meals, all cooked on-site by our private Kymani chef. Our extensive list of activities offers something for everyone, from sunrise yoga to cocktail making masterclasses and everything in between.
Next up, it’s time to pack! We’ve thought of everything you could possibly need whilst on a Kymani Getaway and it’s not much… All you need to bring is your clothes, a towel and any toiletries you will need. No more trapsing up and down a field with tents, stoves and chairs! Oh, and don’t forget to download your favourite playlists to dance the night away to through our PA System! If you have little ones staying, we suggest you bring some snacks for them and store them in your dedicated fridge.
Leading up to your arrival date, you will receive a welcome email with specific details of arrival, including directions and some fantastic insights in to the local area.
It’s arrival day! Pack the car up, get your favourite music on and have a safe drive to your specific site. Once you arrive, you’ll be shown around the site by our wonderful team of Kymani site managers who will run through your specific booking details. Your site team will be on-site for the duration of your stay, so please do ask if you have any questions whilst there!
These Kymani Getaways are designed for you to let your hair down, have a fantastic time and enjoy each other’s company once again, so please feel free to have as much fun as possible!
